Xinxiang Yulong Textile Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise which specializes in researching and producing functional fabrics and clothes. It's composed of technical department, production department, international trade department, the company is a complex integrating with researching , manufacturing and selling, and has the import-export authority.Our factory has two pad dyeing production lines, two finishing lines, fifteen dyeing vats, a complete set of advanced development lab and quality testing center, annual production capacity can up to 30 million meters, it's scientific practice base of many junior college, FR fabric produced by us is used high technology, soft touch, function well after 100 times washing, the formaldehyde content of flame retardant fabric we produce is less than 75ppm, non poisonous, no carcinogen aromatic substance broken out.
The main products of our factory are THPC flame retardant fabric, Pyrovatex flame retardant fabric, fluorescent fabric, antistatic fabric, radiation proof fabric, Teflon fabric, anti-acid and alkali fabric, water oil proof fabric, anti UV fabric, anti-microbial fabric and multi-function protective fabric. We always adhere to the Greenguard,and our fabrics have passed the European ecological textiles certification, and get Oeko-Tex standard 100.The products not only have reached GB8965,GB12014,GB12012,GB12799, but also have reached EN ISO11611(EN470-1), EN ISO11612(EN531),EN ISO 14116(EN533),ASTM D 6413,ASTM F1506, ASTM F1959, NFPA 2112, NFPA70E, CFR1615/1616, CPAI84, AATCC22, AATCC130, BS5852, JIS-L-1091, CGSB-155.20-2000, EN13034, EN368, EN1149, IEC61482 certification approved by SGS,TUV, ITS, BTTG, MTL international authentication agency. We are the biggest manufacturer in North of China that produces functional protective fabrics. The fluorescent fabric produced by us is widely used in railway, security protective industry, and have reached EN471, ANSI SEA107-2004,EN20471 standards. Our products are most popular in domestic and foreign customers, also used by military of UK and Ireland.
